RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1) Log in to their account: Customers need to log in to their account on your store. They can do this by clicking the customer accounts URL that you add to your online store or logging in from your store's menu. 2) Submit a return request:Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.Log in to their account using their email address and a six-digit verification code sent to their email.Click 3)Request return for the order they want to submit the return for.Select the items they want to return, choose a return reason, and add a note for the store. 4)Click Request return.Receive instructions: If the return request is approved
