All items sold by Like a Girl Changes Clothes are made to order specifically for each customer. This helps reduce waste and overproduction while ensuring every piece is created especially for you.

Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Preference for a different color, style, or design
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged during shipping,
- defective,
- misprinted,
- or different from the item ordered,
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
After reviewing your request, we will gladly arrange one of the following solutions at no additional cost:
- a replacement item,
- a refund to your original payment method,
- or store credit when appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs
For approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items:
- customers are generally not required to return the product;
- therefore, no return shipping costs apply.
If a physical return is exceptionally required, we will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost Packages

Once production has started, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund the order due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
